We ship only in United States. We provide free shipping on all orders.
The shipping policy information in the above links pertains only to customers in the United States. Ventutto will ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
General Shipping Information
Orders Processing
Ventutto will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. All orders received on or before NOON EST will be shipped by the end of the next business day, excluding holidays. In-stock merchandise Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. Multiple shipments The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.
Carriers
Ventutto's uses different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- FedEx
STANDARD
Arrives in 3–5 business days. UPS/USPS shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.
TWO DAY
Arrives in 2 business days. Two Day delivery via UPS is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).
OVERNIGHT
Arrives in 1-2 business days. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes). Ventutto will ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Please note: Your order’s delivery will depend on the shipping service selected. Please note all delivery times are provided by the carrier and we cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, international customs regulations. If your package is refused, undeliverable or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges.
