Returns & Exchanges
After ordering, if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way then the items can be returned or exchanged hassle-free if you follow the following return policy guidelines.
Kindly contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund of the item. Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns outside of the 30 days of receipt time frame will only be accepted at our discretion.
- All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn, unused and in the original and perfect condition it was received. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels, tags, packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Where provided, any designer packaging such as dust bags and leather tags, authenticity certificates, cards, cleaning cloth should be included in your return.
- Footwear should be returned unmarked and in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
- You will need to include your RMA in the package when you return your purchase. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Returns will be credited to the original payment method.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping when using our free collections service.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Items such as Final Sale and Clearance items, Underwear, Swimwear cannot be returned.
All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

How long do I have to return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item no questions asked within 30 days for a refund an exchange. The return period starts from the day the item is receive.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Ventutto.com will not charge restocking fees, all returns qualify for a full refund, but all shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long does it take for a refund or exchange to be processed?
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.
Exchanges and refunds are processed with the return. You will receive confirmation of an exchange and or refund.
How long does it take for a refund to show up on my account?
A refund can take 3-10 days to be returned to your account, depending on your bank, from the date we process the credit.
