All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return the item in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.

Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and designer accessories (e.g., dust bags, authenticity cards).

Footwear must be returned unworn in the original shoe box, without damage.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of swimwear and beachwear are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items once purchased. Please ensure you select the correct size and style before completing your order.

Items that are soiled, damaged, worn, or missing original labels may be refused and returned to the sender.

Final Sale, Clearance, Underwear, and Swimwear are non-returnable.
