Are your products authentic?
Yes! We guarantee that all items sold on VENTUTTO.COM are 100% authentic. We work directly with licensed designers, manufacturers, and official retailers.
How can you sell products for less than retail stores?
We operate with lower margins and focus on high-volume sales, allowing us to offer genuine designer items at more accessible prices.
Why are some products labeled "Made in China"?
Country of origin does not affect authenticity. Many luxury brands manufacture in different countries, including China, under strict quality controls.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Availability is listed on each product page. After you place your order, you can track it under “My Account / Order Status.” You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Has my order shipped?
Log in to your account and click “My Orders.” Your order status will be listed, along with tracking information if available.
How do I track my order?
Visit the “My Orders” section in your account. Tracking numbers and delivery updates will be visible under each order.
My order never arrived. What should I do?
First, log in to check the shipping status. If marked as “Delivered,” please verify with the shipping carrier. If you still need help, contact our customer service team.
Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To request changes or cancellations, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?

Will I be charged a restocking fee?
No. We never charge restocking fees. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
